Anybody can give away a gift bag. We give you a chance to change your life.
Life is meant to be enjoyed.
Andrea Dykstra was a good friend of mine who died in 2007. She was a great inspiration to me throughout the time I knew her -- she was courageous, smart, and a whole lot of fun to be around. She loved every moment of her life, and she had many moments during her illness, that none of us would want to experience. After she died, I wanted to do something to honor her memory.
In 2008 I sought the help of a Life Coach for some personal issues. My coach helped me to work through some old thought patterns that I was hanging on to that were holding me back. After working with her, I felt that I could move forward in my life again.
I felt so much better after being coached, that I found myself wanting to make this opportunity available to other women. And I thought doing so would be a wonderful way to honor my friend. In June 2009, The Happy Woman store created the Andrea Dykstra Life Coaching Scholarship. We awarded our first scholarship in September of 2009 and plan to continue awarding them on an ongoing basis.
Professional coaching can create positive change in your life.
Our scholarship award is for six life coaching sessions with one of the two coaches who are part of our coaching network. Want to hear what some of our recipients have to say about the process? Click here to read some testimonials.
